Welcome to CILearning. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online course platform, including our website and any related services (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to have read, understood, and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

To access most features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify CILearning immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be of legal age according to the laws of your country or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

3. Course Enrollment and Access

By enrolling in a course, CILearning grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for personal and non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any right to resell, redistribute, transmit, modify, or disseminate the course in any way.

Some courses may have a limited access period, which will be specified on the course description page. Once this period ends, your access to the course content will expire.

CILearning reserves the right to update or modify course content (versioning system) to improve teaching quality, without this constituting a substantial change to the syllabus promised at the time of purchase.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Coupons

Course prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect already completed purchases. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. CILearning does not store your complete credit card data.

Occasionally, we may offer discount coupons. These coupons:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • May be subject to expiration dates and specific conditions.
  • Can only be used once per user, unless otherwise specified.
  • Cannot be combined with other offers.

Fraudulent use of coupons may result in the cancellation of the purchase and/or suspension of the account.

5. Completion Certificates

Upon successfully completing a course, CILearning will issue a digital completion certificate. Each certificate includes a unique code for verification.

This certificate certifies the completion of the course on our Platform, but does not constitute formal academic accreditation nor guarantee recognition by third parties (educational institutions, employers), unless explicitly stated in the course description.

6. User Conduct and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including courses, texts, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CILearning or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our explicit permission.
  • Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Publish content that is defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on the rights of third parties.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts of other users.

7. Termination

CILearning reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account and access to the Platform, at our sole discretion, if you breach any of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." CILearning does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CILearning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At CILearning, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. If you are not satisfied with a course you have purchased, we offer a clear and fair refund policy.

2. Conditions for Requesting a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if you meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 calendar days after the course purchase date.
  • You have not consumed more than 25% of the total course content.
  • You have not downloaded a substantial portion of the course materials (if applicable).
  • You have not obtained the course completion certificate.

These conditions are designed to allow you to evaluate the quality of the course while protecting the intellectual property of our instructors.

3. How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a request through our contact page with "Refund Request" as the subject.
  2. Include your full name, the email associated with your account, and the course name.
  3. State the reason for your request (your feedback helps us improve).

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used for the purchase, in US Dollars (USD). It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account or credit card statement.

Once the refund is processed, your access to the course will be revoked.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • If the request is made after 14 calendar days from the purchase.
  • If you have consumed more than 25% of the course content.
  • If you have already obtained the completion certificate.
  • For purchases made with 100% discount coupons (free courses).
  • If we detect abuse of our refund policy.

6. Purchases with Discount Coupons

If you purchased a course using a discount coupon, the refund will be for the final amount paid, not the original price of the course.
